Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States and selected EU countries, including Germany and Lithuania.

Shipping Rates

Shipping to the United States is $7.99.
Shipping to the European Union is calculated at checkout based on the destination.

We also offer free shipping on all orders over $50.

Estimated Delivery Times

Orders shipped to the United States typically arrive within 6–9 business days after order confirmation and processing.
Orders shipped to Germany and Lithuania typically arrive within 9–18 business days after order confirmation and processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, and seasonal demand.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been confirmed and processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link.

You can use this link to follow your package and see which courier will deliver it.

Returns

Customers have the right to return products purchased from the Delione Puzzles website within 30 days of receiving their order.
